I was born and raised in Hillsboro, OR, born again at age 6 in vacation bible school, graduated from Glencoe High School in 1987, and spent time living in Eugene, OR, and Bloomington, Indiana.  My great loves in life are my wife Cheri, my children Katie, Gabriel, and Logan, and worshipping God through music.  Our family came to Real Life in November of 2004, after a long search for the right church home.  I’m blessed to be a part of this ministry of grace and truth, and blessed by those around me who serve so faithfully and sacrificially.  Through the deserts and the mountaintops, through the valleys and the times of great joy I have experienced, I am thankful that God’s word is true, and His love never fails!
